The event organized employees' children to visit the R&D scenarios of Huawei, a leading tech benchmark enterprise. Through immersive experiences, the children got to understand the craftsmanship spirit of pursuing excellence, toured the cultural spaces filled with the vibe of hard work, and planted the seed of striving for the "Chinese Chip" technological dream in their hearts. 

As a one-stop foundational IP R&D enterprise that has always focused on optimizing PPA, IPSoar has always prioritized employee care and corporate culture inheritance in its development. This study camp broke away from the framework of traditional in-house corporate activities, moving the classroom into the real work scenarios of a leading tech enterprise. It allowed IPSoar 's employees, who usually dedicate themselves to chip R&D on their posts, to step into the frontline of the tech industry together with their children. Along the tour route, following the guide's introduction, the children perceived the profound striving culture through every slogan and banner. They exchanged views and expressed admiration, creating a relaxed and lively atmosphere on site. Many employees noted that this activity not only helped their children understand the value of their daily work, but also allowed their families to directly experience the charm of the tech industry, making it a rare opportunity for parent-child mutual growth.

This study camp marks another implementation of IPSoar 's "Family-Enterprise Unity" cultural concept. Different from regular fun parent-child activities, IPSoar chose to take the real industrial scene as the study classroom, aiming to go beyond the simple scope of welfare care. It hopes to let employees' children get a close look at the career their parents are striving for, and plant the original aspiration of serving the country through science and technology in the hearts of the "chip generation". When the children witnessed the core role of chips in smart terminals, computing power networks, industrial control and other fields, their understanding of "self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology" was no longer just text in books, but turned into tangible and perceptible real scenes.
